(GAMS) is a forum for activities on Mathematical Modeling of real life problems and was launched in 1994 at School of Mathematics and Allied Sciences, Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India. Besides publishing ‘GAMS Journal of Mathematical Biosciences’, it holds annual conferences every year, organizes workshops and similar research level programs on the topics like Biomathematics, Financial Mathematics, Bio informatics and Theoretical Computer Science. It also co-sponsored “Fourth International Conference on Physiological Fluid Dynamics” in 1995. Professor V P Saxena, Professor of Mathematics, Jiwaji University is the Founder President of GAMS and Professor Rattan K Datta of MERIT, New Delhi(India) is the present President, who organized the 15th Annual Conference of GAMS. Now GAMS is going to organize the Second International Conference besides the 16th Annual Conference. The event is jointly organized by GAMS and S.S.Dempo college of Commerce and Economics, Altinho, Panaji Goa.
The International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) is an umbrella
organization for national societies working in the field of information
technology. It is a non-governmental, non-profit organization with offices in
Austria. Its members include over 48 national societies and academies of
science.
IFIP was established in 1960 under the auspices of UNESCO, originally under the
name International Federation of Information Processing Societies (IFIPS). In
preparation, UNESCO had organized the first International Conference on
Information Processing, which took place in June 1959 in Paris, and is now
considered the first IFIP Congress. The name was changed to the current name in
1961. The original contribution of IFIP was the definition of the Algol 60
programming language, which was one of the first examples of truly international
collaboration in computer science and left a durable mark on the entire field.
In 2009, under the auspices of IFIP, the International Professional Practice
Partnership (IFIP IP3) was implemented "Leading the Development of the Global IT
Profession.

About Goa
Goa is a tiny emerald land on the west coast of India, with scenic
beauty, abundant greenery, attractive beaches, temples and churches, feast and

known for all hospitable people with a rich cultural milieu and an ideal
tourist destination. It was ranked the best placed state by the Eleventh Finance
Commission for its infrastructure and ranked on top for the best quality of life
in India by the National Commission on Population based on the 12 Indicators.
With the rule of the Portuguese for over 450 years and the consequential
